Larry Gaddis is almost a Colorado native, having moved to Colorado from Kansas at the age of four. He has lived in the Colorado Springs area since 1969 and has been very active in a number of civic organizations and his church.
His current focus is with the Pikes Peak Community Foundation and the Colorado Springs Community Trust, of which he is the chairman of both boards.

Mr. Gaddis is married to Dr. Barbara Gaddis, who is the Director of Retention at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. They have two sons, Jeffrey W. Gaddis, who is one of the leading realtors with the Platinum Group in Colorado Springs, and Aaron P. Gaddis, who is a lawyer practicing in Colorado. Larry enjoys hiking, bicycling, reading, and watching hockey and football.

After over 30 years of practicing law, James Kin is still motivated by the important service performed by lawyers to our community and continues to enjoy the challenge of helping clients understand and find solutions to complex real estate and business problems and disputes.
Mr. Kin's other joy in life is his wife Eileen and their three grown children, John, Matt and Lisa. Even though their children are scattered across the country and the world, they are very much a part of Jim and Eileen's lives.
In addition to family activities, Jim and Eileen have developed a mutual love for cooking and gardening and are both very active in our community. Eileen is an accomplished flower designer, and is the current president of the local chapter of Ikebana International (Japanese flower arranging).
Jim and Eileen both have a love for our downtown. Jim has been active for a number of years in downtown activities and is currently on the board of the Downtown Partnership and is a member of the Colorado Springs Urban Renewal Authority.

Tom Herd has been a trial lawyer for over twenty-eight years. For the last twenty-two
years he has represented plaintiffs who have suffered personal injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents or medical malpractice.
Tom has served as the President of the El Paso County Bar Association, and has also served
as the President of the Pikes Peak Library Board of Trustees. He currently serves on the
Pikes Peak Library District Foundation Board and on the Advisory Board for Colorado
Capital Bank.
Mr. Herd is married, and he and his wife, Karen, have two children. When he is not practicing
law, Tom enjoys cycling, golfing, skiing, traveling and watching his children participate in
sports.

Gary S. Craw is a highly experienced Colorado personal injury lawyer. He has been a Colorado trial lawyer practicing in Colorado Springs since 1979. Gary works for persons and families who need expert legal help with personal injury and wrongful death claims. Gary has successfully handled personal injury cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, hospital malpractice, nursing malpractice, defective products, slip and fall injuries and other accidents that have resulted in serious personal injury or death claims.
Gary also helps persons who have been treated unreasonably and unfairly by an insurance company. Often, insurance companies deny valid claims that should be paid.
